1. Mix half an avocado, yoghurt and some oatmeal for a natural fresh facial scrub good enough to eat.

3. Mix a couple of drops of rosemary essential oil into a shallow bowl of coconut oil and rub into hair, then wrap a towel around and leave for 30 mins for a hair mask that creates beautiful shine.
4. Pop some wet green tea bags in the freezer then bring them out and place them over eyes to rejuvenate and brighten (a good tip for mom too!)
Magic Spells
Old fashioned spells from pagan England can add a magical element to a sleepover when talk turns to boys along with some other favorite games that are too much fun to be kept just for Halloween.
Why not set up some apple bobbing using a large plastic bucket filled with water and some apples (lay out newspaper as things get could get wet.) They have to tie their hands behind their back then pull out the apples floating in the water with their teeth. When they've finished get them all to try peeling an apple each, in one long loop. Then get them to throw it over their shoulder. The peel is supposed to form the initials of their future love. That should get them in the mood nicely for a game of truth or dare!

If they really can't tear themselves away from the TV then get them active with a fun and interactive game on the PS3 or Xbox like Guitar Hero, Sing Star or Just Dance.
